Pneumatic control system — valve terminals and actuators

Pneumatic Controls — designed, assembled, documented

Valve terminals, actuators and air preparation as complete assemblies — not as individual parts from a catalogue. PTS handles design, circuit diagram creation, assembly and commissioning.

In-house assembly|Own commissioning|CE-compliant documentation

When does a custom control system make sense?

  • Multi-axis pneumatics with automated sequence control
  • Integration of sensors, valve terminals and actuators
  • No in-house controls team or insufficient capacity
  • Standards-compliant documentation and CE declaration required

Valve terminals and control panel construction

We build pneumatic controls as ready-to-install assemblies: valve terminals wired, actuators connected, circuit diagrams documented. Your machine builders integrate — not configure.

  • Valve terminal assemblies to your circuit diagram
  • Wiring and piping workshop-ready
  • Air preparation integrated

From one-off to series production

Whether special machine or 200 identical assemblies per year: our production scales. Bills of materials are maintained, reorders run without re-engineering.

  • Prototype, small batch and series production
  • Maintained BOMs for reorders
  • Traceable test protocols per assembly

Engineering-based design, not catalogue selection

Our engineers design controls by calculation: cylinder sizes, valve flow rates, air demand. The result is an assembly that fits the application — not the nearest catalogue configuration.

  • Design based on force, speed and cycle time
  • Circuit diagram creation included
  • Technical documentation for your maintenance team

Three steps to your control system

01

Capture requirements

Assess sequence, cycle time and interfaces.

02

Design the controls

Configure valve terminals, actuators and control cabinet.

03

Install & commission

Assemble, wire, test and document.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you also build controls from existing circuit diagrams?

Yes. If a circuit diagram exists, we handle assembly, wiring and testing. If not, our engineers create the circuit diagram based on your requirements.

What minimum quantity for series production?

There is no minimum. We manufacture from quantity 1. For recurring needs, we create BOMs so reorders require no re-engineering.

What sets PTS apart from ordering parts from a catalogue?

Catalogues deliver individual parts. We deliver ready-to-install assemblies: engineered, wired, tested and documented. Your maintenance team receives a circuit diagram, not a bill of materials.
