Shipping Methods

  • Freight delivery for large and heavy goods
  • Pickup at our Dormagen location available

Delivery Times

  • In-stock items: 1–3 business days (standard shipping)
  • Express shipping: next business day (orders placed before 2 PM)
  • Non-stock items: delivery time as shown on product page
  • Custom assemblies (e.g. hose lines): individual production time

Shipping Costs

  • Flat-rate shipping: €14.50 net per order
  • Minimum order value: €50.00 net
  • Express surcharge on request
  • B2B customers with framework agreements: individual shipping conditions

International Delivery

  • Delivery to all EU member states
  • Shipping costs for international orders on request
  • Customs handling and export documentation as needed

Shipment Tracking

  • Tracking number sent via email after dispatch
