Hydraulic Power Units — engineered, built, commissioned
Custom hydraulic power units to your requirements: from design through construction to on-site commissioning. One contact, full system responsibility.
When does a custom unit make sense?
- Non-standard mounting dimensions or tank geometries
- Specific pressure, flow or cycle time requirements
- Integrated cooling, valve logic or controls
- One technical responsibility instead of separate purchases
Power unit construction to your requirements
Standard units rarely fit exactly. We engineer hydraulic power units for your application: tank size, pump capacity, valve configuration, cooling — all from one source, with one technical responsibility.
- Design by working pressure, flow rate and cycle time
- Custom tank geometries and mounting dimensions
- Piping, wiring and filling workshop-ready
Conversion, retrofit and modernisation
Modernise existing units instead of replacing them: swap pumps, upgrade manifold blocks, improve energy efficiency. Our workshop documents every conversion and tests the system to manufacturer specifications.
- Energy-efficient pump-motor combinations
- Manifold block upgrade with proportional technology
- Documentation and pressure testing after conversion
Commissioning and system responsibility
We don't just deliver a unit — we commission it, measure operating parameters and hand over a documented, functioning system. If problems arise, we are the single point of contact.
- On-site commissioning by our own technicians
- Operating parameter measurement and logging
- Operating parameter protocol as handover document

Frequently Asked Questions
What minimum size for custom power units?
There is no minimum size. We build compact units for machine tools as well as large units for presses and rolling mills.
Can you modernise existing power units?
Yes. Retrofit is a core competence: swap pumps, upgrade manifold blocks, optimise cooling. Often more economical than a new build.
Which manufacturer components do you use?
Bosch Rexroth, Parker, HYDAC, Moog, Enerpac — depending on technical requirements and customer specification. We are manufacturer-independent.
Do you also handle commissioning?
Yes. Our technicians commission power units on site, measure operating parameters and hand over a documented system.
