PTS and Rubix – moving forward together.

Technical expertise. Personal advice. New possibilities.

On 1 October 2026 the PTS Group becomes part of Rubix. This combines our specialised expertise in fluid, process and drive technology with a comprehensive range of products and services and a Europe-wide sales and service network.

For us, this merger is an important step into the future. It gives us the opportunity to develop our strengths further and to support our customers even more comprehensively in demanding industrial applications. Our proven advice, our closeness to customers and business partners and our technical specialisation remain unchanged.

Together with Rubix, we are laying the foundation for an extended offering – from selecting the right products through technical advice to individual solutions.

More possibilities for your requirements

Industrial applications place high demands on products, advice and service. Through the connection with Rubix we gain access to additional technical resources, a broader product portfolio and complementary services.

For our customers, this creates new opportunities to look at related tasks as a whole and develop suitable solutions. Our specialised application expertise is complemented by the reach and the range of services of Rubix.

The Europe-wide sales and service network provides an additional foundation for this. Together we can support industrial applications from product selection through technical advice to the individual solution, and develop our offering in a targeted way.

A new chapter we shape together

Behind PTS are around 80 employees who put their experience and technical knowledge to work for our customers every day. They shape our advice, develop individual solutions and drive the collaboration with our business partners.

The connection with Rubix opens up a long-term perspective for us. We look forward to contributing our strengths, gaining additional capabilities and shaping the further development of PTS together.

Taking responsibility for the future together

The joint step is led by Franz Hajek (Managing Director of the PTS Group), Maarten Bode (CEO Rubix DACH), Boris Kistenpfennig (Commercial Director DACH at Rubix) and Serap Özdemir (Category Director Fluid at Rubix).

The connection brings together the technical specialisation of PTS and the capabilities of the Rubix group. This lays the foundation for developing our offering for customers and business partners and supporting industrial applications even more comprehensively in future.

“The connection with Rubix opens up a compelling long-term perspective for the PTS Group. Our proven advice, our closeness to customers and business partners and our specialisation in fluid and flow technology remain unchanged.”
