Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If an item does not meet your expectations, we offer a transparent returns and exchange process.

Return Policy

Standard items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging and with complete accessories.

Custom-made products (e.g. configured hose assemblies, special dimensions) are excluded from exchange.

B2B returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the merchandise value.

Damaged or Defective Goods

Please report transport damage within 48 hours of receipt. Document the damage with photos and contact our customer service.

For defective products within the warranty period (12 months), we will replace the goods free of charge or refund the purchase price.

Inspect incoming goods immediately for completeness and obvious defects (commercial inspection obligation for B2B transactions).

Warranty

12-month warranty on all products in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Manufacturer warranties may apply in addition – check the manufacturer information on the product page.

Wear parts and consumables are excluded from warranty if wear is operational.

Return Process

Contact our customer service by email or phone and provide your order number.

You will receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return instructions.

Pack the goods securely with the RMA number and ship to the specified address.

After inspection, you will receive the refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.

Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless a warranty case applies.
