Aggregate overhauls by PTS

With us you have a short and plannable downtime, a clear scope of delivery, and full cost transparency.

After a fitness check of your system, we are happy to offer you an aggregate overhaul. We determine the scope and repair period with you in advance. Thanks to our large partner network, we procure spare parts quickly.

We remove the aggregate at your facility, and in our workshop we begin the targeted disassembly and cleaning of the components to be reused. If the components are to be recoated, our painter is immediately available. Then begins the reassembly, rewiring, installation of new energy-efficient pump drives and restocking of your control blocks. At the end, the aggregate is thoroughly tested and reinstalled at your facility on schedule.

You receive new documentation of your old system and all parts are according to the latest state of technology and available for the next 10 years!

The next steps

We check your system on site to examine the wear of your components and whether the functions still run as planned. If desired, we have the oil tested by an independent laboratory. The documentation is checked against the actual condition as well as the availability of the installed components.

Subsequently, we discuss our recommendations for the safe continued operation of the system with you. With the result, we jointly determine what a sustainable concept for your hydraulics can look like.
