The Valvair II Single Subbase Plug-in Valve is mounted on a single subbase suited for harsh industrial environments such as concrete aggregate plants & steel mills. Flow ranges up to Cv of 11.3 with either air piloted or solenoid air piloted operators with continuous duty options. Sandwich regulators can be added to the valve stack to control application pressure. The valves are field converted from standard internal to external pilot operated service and are suitable for non-lube operation. Dynamic urethane O-rings with an off-center parting line, coupled with Nituf coated and hardened aluminum spools, create a valve with improved lubrication retention and low friction operation.Markets:
